Rick Morris is one of the best-known and most successful figures in tournament-level bass fishing today. With over 130 tournament entries to his name, Rick has enjoyed fifteen Top 10 finishes and 32 Top 20 rankings. He is currently ranked 127th in the world. Rick also designs his own line of custom bass fishing rods for tournament and recreational fishing.

In 2005, Rick placed fifth among the top moneymakers on the B.A.S.S. Northern Tour, ending the season with a second place win in the B.A.S.S. Open Championship. He is currently ranked 59th overall in the B.A.S.S. Elite standings, and is qualified for several professional bass tournaments in the coming year. Rick is featured regularly in popular sports magazines and on ESPN, among countless other radio and television interviews on the sport of bass fishing. He has conducted numerous bass lure and fishing technique presentations and seminars at major trade shows and special events sponsored by top fishing equipment manufacturers.

Rick looks forward to 2006 as he prepares to compete in a number of bass fishing tournaments. So far he has placed second in the 2006 Citgo BASSMASTERS Classic.
